First thing I did on hearing that lockdown in Melbourne was easing was go and get supplies for a click-and-collect Halloween.

@futzle wait what? Aussies don't trick or treet ... or at least it was super rare when I lived there. Has that changed?

@djsumdog @futzle Why would they? They already live in a place full of creepy crawlies, seems a bit like just piling it on at that point, doesn't it.

@shebang @futzle You know I never saw any big spiders when I lived in Melbs; saw more cockroaches in Alice/Perth than anything ... might have just got lucky. Wellington, Chicago and Savannah are the worst cities for spiders out of all the ones I've lived in.
