Just from lurking on the site, it's mostly AuthRIght and LibRight. I guess you can say culture-wise, it's like the Fediverse but without the SJWs.
They do have a community based moderation system, however. It's meant to hide any illegal stuff like CP. Users with a low enough reputation are shadow-banned (no content is deleted because it's on a blockchain). I haven't seen anyone using it against people posting controversial opinions though, but I'm not entirely sure because I only ever lurk on the network.
If you are going to use it, I recommend using the desktop client as opposed to the site because the site can still be taken down (the site is just a web-client for the network), but the network can't.
