There is no way to switch to EV's with more than 5-10% of current vehicle fleets with the current power level in the grid. Not to mention the massive upgrade needed for power peaks.
The UK has already had to stop charging for 9 hours on weekdays to stop potential black outs.

I forsee myself in the future riding dirty on the motorcycle... there is a way to produce fuel from plastics and people will get inventive. It's practically impossible to eliminate shanks in prison.
