In Brittany the local and traditional foods are things like:
- seafood: Oysters, mussels, crabs, bigorneaux, …
- fat cakes: kouign-amann, gateau breton
- crêpes/galettes, classic in my area being buckwheat-floor with egg, ham and cheese
- cider, rather raw one
