Oh god, the Amico is actually releasing

Purple color is Canada exclusive, apparently

The Amico feels to me like those Chinese clone console, but actual quality and thought put into it

I respect what it's trying to do, old school atari arcade like family gaming, but that price is VERY high for what it is

@coolboymew I'm not spending $200-$300 just to play 3D clones of Atari games that look like they've been made by high schoolers using Unity.

Now that I have watched the trailer linked below...

I'm beyond underwhelmed. It looks fake, dishonest, and I'm getting Atari and Ouya trainwreck vibes from this.

All I see are snippets from underwhelming looking games that are probably made with Unity - who am I kidding, they're 100% made with Unity - overlayed with an dishonest narration.

This will be an absolute disaster, I am sure of it.

With a $250 price tag, it's in competition with the Nintendo Switch and Mario Kart and Mario Party aren't rocket science either, everyone in that trailer could play it and have genuinely fun with them.

@okabe_rintarou @coolboymew You can even tell that they used stock assets. A lot of the games don't even have a consistent art style (what you get for mixing random stock assets).
