@coolboymew @Moon @why 2 was why too slow and clunky for me. 4 was my favorite, having a more refined gameplay and a much more fleshed out story.
The first one is also good if you can handle an 8-bit JRPG.
@coolboymew @Moon @why I think Phantasy Star I has aged better than most other 8-bit JRPGs. Though the psuedo-3D dungeons are easy to get lost in and the constant shift from top-down to first person when talking to people or looking in your inventory can get pretty annoying.
