Why is there a huge taboo on child labor, yet requiring kids to go to school is never questioned?
@xianc78 Huge propaganda efforts by the elites, making the image of child labor a poor kid going down chimneys and dying of lung cancer or something so they can be all more easily pushed into the state's indoctrination apparatus.
@kerosene Yeah, and these images are from back when most jobs in general were dangerous. If you have a problem with a 12 year old sweeping floors for cash but are perfectly okay with 8 hour government brainwashing, then there is something wrong with you.
