OK, SPC does not include blockbot because I believe it causes more problems than it is worth. quote posting is in a similar category except possibly not annoying enough to exclude if they ever become default. To be perfectly clear, I am saying my position toward quote-posting is I am leaning toward whatever requires me to do nothing.
@xianc78 there's one on iddqd that is even worse, it fucking tags both people in a post announcing the block.
