i remember that the US entry in to them was a farce on both counts and i knew nazis kept running shit in the USA after WW2 but i never really looked much in to just how much clowning had to be invented for the first one.
a lot of psych warfare went in to triggering the first one because people turn out not to need a lot of management and naturally want to avoid blowing the place up
