Had an argument with parents the other day at the dinner table about climate change fear porn. They didn't seem to understand that fear porn about climate change was both a method of control and was a factor in creating a generation of lazy neet stoners who think the world will end tomorrow so why should I try?

@PhenomX6 I'm on a vacation visiting family. My parents are asking why I'm not socializing but when I come out of hiding, they are having heated debates over abortion, mid-term elections, gun control, and every other distraction/shitshow. It's just not worth contributing to their discussions.

GTA talk radio is basically a parody of shitty American talk radio shows. IV had several instead of just one station, mocking both the boomer right wing AMERICAAAAAA hosts and the NPR/Stephanie Miller tier lefty "I'm more intelligent than you" hosts while featuring actual stand-up comedians trying not to laugh reading out the script.

Totally agree which is why I normally stayed in my room because it's GTA radio tier discussion.
