"They give me this stupid money while I work on my personal projects", that's what I do. I don't try to do serious work anymore for companies, because everyone is RETARDED.
The problem is time, working on personal projects takes time and inspiration, and you don't get that when you're doing stupid tasks for stupid people. Also his passive income comes from the publicity his youtube channel provides him, not everyone has that privilege.
