@helby @ryo The big business "advertising" on social media probably shouldn't be considered advertising. It's mostly memes and shitposts. Just look at any major fast-food or pizza company's Twitter. This shit doesn't convince anyone to buy their products. It's just the social media specialist being bored on his/her job.

@xianc78 @helby @ryo It makes them seem trendy and relatable, or at the very least used to do that before every single brand jumped on the bandwagon. I guarantee that the early Wendys twitter memes got people to buy Wendys - even if only "for the meme". Never underestimate how gullible the average retard who thinks brands are their "friends" can be.

@galena @helby @ryo The "ad" that Dominos made when Zelda BoTW came out made me want to puke more than anything.

@xianc78 @helby @ryo You're a human with a soul and an IQ above room temperature - you are not their target audience.
@xianc78 @galena @helby I have to admit that at least their graphics design department is pretty skilled.
@xianc78 @helby I don't know, but if a Japanese SNS staffer would do that, they'd be fired immediately (well, with a 1 month advance notice because artificial "law", but they will deprive them from the SNS credentials to prevent any further destruction of image during that final month).
