I don't actually really like movies that much as a medium, I know I'm wrong and I will not be defending my position at all
@vriska It doesn't help that new movie sucks, but I kinda hate the movie format in that it has to tell a full story within the same timeframe as 3-059w0584 billions other movies and there's some levels of overlap in how the story goes for a lot of movies

@coolboymew @vriska We need a new wave of independent and B-movies to combat all the new movie cancer. We don't need all the fancy special effects. In fact, B-movie effects do have their charm.
@coolboymew @vriska I never watched Die Hard so I don't know. But I think independent films can surpass 80s movies in terms of quality now.

I wonder if we could get stuff like die hard nowadays on B-movie budgets
