I wonder if that can be gotten around with steganography?
Also, I wonder how much of the rest of the world (don't you live in Hong Kong?) outside of the FCC-regulated zone have such rules.

@Hyolobrika @sjw Pirate Radio stations are a thing. They used to be common before the Internet. Usually, they were on floating stations on international waters which allows them to bypass any government regulations.

@xianc78 @xianc78 @xue @sjw Or they'll only sell in bulk, and you have to argue with a salesperson over the "discount" your order size gets on top of some super high official price used for tax purposes. Really wish I could buy one off the back of a truck, but a quick search doesn't seem to turn up any. Don't think it's good for shitposting though, the data transfer maxes out around 1/10th a MB/s.
