@sjw HAM is heavily FCC regulated. You can't send encrypted packets unless you gives the encryption keys to the government.

I wonder if that can be gotten around with steganography?
Also, I wonder how much of the rest of the world (don't you live in Hong Kong?) outside of the FCC-regulated zone have such rules.

@Hyolobrika @sjw Pirate Radio stations are a thing. They used to be common before the Internet. Usually, they were on floating stations on international waters which allows them to bypass any government regulations.
