Tofu scramble

Still trying to get the hang of cooking tofu just right but this was close!

@thegreatape Looks really good. How do you cook the tofu?

@1ns0mniak just cubed and pan fried super basic. I'm trying to get the perfect doneness temp figured out, I always burn t or not cook it enough lol. This time was almost perfect though

@thegreatape Nice man, what do you use in the pan? Olive oil or something? Do you have to season it?

@1ns0mniak oh yeah I just used olive oil and salt / pepper on the tofu, cooked it all up with green peppers / mushrooms / onions all in one pan. Doing it all together definitely helps add more flavor to the tofu since I didn't actually marinate it (was lazy tonight lol)

I'm going to have to try that out.

I need to lose at least 15lbs. I go kind of out of shape there for a bit, so I'm working on cooking healthy stuff.

@1ns0mniak I love cooking NGL. It took me a while to get into the habit but I'm cooking with fresh ingredients almost every single night now. Definitely worth it

@thegreatape Same here, when I first moved out I was just micowaving garbage man.

I slowly started messing around with cooking steaks, pasta, chicken etc

Now I won't even touch a microwave.

@thatguyoverthere @1ns0mniak @thegreatape they're actually wonderful machines u just have to read the books to know how to use them. 99% of people only olknow how to use timecook. They have insane capabilities I have a Toshiba cook book from like the 80's that tells you how to cook every part of gormet meals with a microwave. I personally love cooking scrambled eggs and bacon in there its convenient
