* Icelandic Commonwealth
* The American Old West
Some of these lasted longer than the US.

Nonaggression is just common sense - don't start stuff, put down stuff when needed. IMO you'd have to be a degenerate monster to oppose that (no better than those this bismarck guy claims to be against).
