I used to be angry about this stuff. Now I'm just terrified. Over the past few years we've had plagues, locusts, a major war involving nuclear powers, wildfires spreading smoke across nations, and there's also rapid growth of AI on top of that. The point is we are receiving many, many warnings, and there's many, many ways something genuinely horrific could be unleashed on humanity, yet we still have degenerates on Twitter going around drawing Zippertits Jesus without even the slightest fear that this stuff could somehow backfire on all of humanity.
