What needs decentralization more than anything else is video sharing sites. I'm not even going into judentube's content moderation practices, what I hate is that YOU have no way to control the shit you see. Even if you turn off recommendations and such, there's no way to keep soyfacing faggots, retarded ragebait, weird MKUltra mind control or gross shit out of your search results.

@Soma Just upload videos to your own website. It's much easier now since HTML5 made video plug-ins like Flash, QuickTime, and Windows Media Player obsolete.
If you can't bother learning web design, just use a content-management system like WordPress. People can just subscribe via RSS feeds.
