Unfortunately my pc98 video card doesn't work but I'm burnt out from work I'll experiment tomorrow. It's getting power as some 74 series chips do warm up.

@xianc78 the problem is nothing much uses it. No pc98 games do and the PC-FX isn't worth it for the few games it has imo
