@lina @coolboymew @mangeurdenuage Home-school your kids and they won't get bullied.
@mangeurdenuage @lina @coolboymew Meet like minded parents in your local area and start a home-schooling pod (basically, home school a few other children at the same table).
@mangeurdenuage @lina @coolboymew Schools really don't have any authority when it comes to social media. They can block it, but they really only moderate for literal threats, doxing teachers, giving answers to exams, etc. In my state at least, it is illegal to film or photograph anything on school property due to safety concerns.
Sports teams are generally more strict about social media though because it is voluntary. They can kick you off the team if you are caught sexting or talking shit about coaches or school staff. I knew someone who got kicked off of their cross-country team just for saying "nigga" on Facebook.
@coolboymew @lina @mangeurdenuage They give away free iPads and don't even bother restricting them. They can't take them away if children aren't using them properly because they are required for all students.
@mangeurdenuage @lina @xianc78 @coolboymew They learn how social interactions work in a zoo of peers. It gives them a malformed view of social interaction when it's in any other scenario going forward
