How about kids under 18 don't get smartphones (Dumb phones okay?), don't get tablets either, has to go on the family computer in the kitchen again and especially don't get to have accounts on social media?

That would just about solve about most of the problems currently

a trial as a parent will be making sure your kid can stand his ground in that regard cuz internet only gets worse and worse for an undeveloped mind
