Wait wait wait what if layoffs are what causes the next housing crash? As fewer and fewer people are able to even afford to rent once they’ve lost their jobs, not to mention affording to buy a home
@realcaseyrollins Those abandoned houses that nobody wants to buy/rent will be seized by the government and given away to migrants for free. Either that or they will be demolished and pod homes will be constructed in their place.
