This is illegal information. Do not let the jury selector know that you know that this exists.
I know of at least one defense attorney who likes to point out we have this in our (state) constitution. The prosecution has been known to drop certain types of cases when they see her name on the other side.
It's a shame that the things written into laws and such to protect common citizens are buried from discovery.
