@jeff the value of the vote, is the responsibility you feel, or that someone feels you owe xD
The value of the vote is getting yourself drafted for jury duty where you are forced to sit in judgement of another man.

If voting made a difference, it would be illegal.
@djsumdog @hazlin @jeff that would make jury duty arguably better because you can check the power of the state to bring unjust laws against your fellow citizens.
@alcade @djsumdog @jeff it is surreal when you get to tell the state to go pound sand
@hazlin @djsumdog @jeff admittedly tho it can be pretty frustrating. I got called a few years back and would've had the opportunity to help put away a (presumably) illegal drunken Mexican but they dismissed the trial after the third day.

There was a hippie Mexican girl on the jury with us and I think she would've voted not guilty in racial solidarity but we never got to that point. He's probably back on the roads boozing it up and having a good time.
jury nullification can run both ways I guess .. but I've heard mentioning it is a good way to get out of jury duty. I've never been assigned it, because I don't vote.

@djsumdog @hazlin @alcade @jeff I've heard rumors that in New Hampshire, they intentionally and silently blacklist libertarians from jury selection because many libertarians are well aware of the concept and they are doing everything they can to stop the Free State Project.

The whole jury system is rigged in a way that only stupid and ignorant people could ever be selected.
