It's not capitalism. Capitalism would mean there were more options and competitions. Clippy is the symbol of technocracy; the owners of technology locking you in to closed non-free systems.

Thanks to Rossman, Clippy is also the symbol of demanding repeatability and freedom from techno-feudalism.

But the answer is always more competition and more capitalism, not less.
