Since "softie" is an English word, it's used and written in Dutch the same way you would in English: "softies".

If you wanted to properly localize the sentence, you might replace the word with a synonym:
"Het is nu vrijdag, mijn doetjes".

You could also localize it to "Het is nu vrijdag, mijn geitenwollensokken vriendjes" (though I understand that wouldn't fit the text bubble).
