why on earth am I seeing so many picture of homeless people with VR headsets lately
@shebang Because cellphones are cheap, a head mounting kit even cheaper. Pair this with star bucks free wifi for occasional Internet and even a homeless can enjoy what tech has on offer.
@xyfdi Yeah but this guy is wearing a Quest 2. Not some phone VR rubbish. I've got a Quest 2 (among others) it's a nice bit of kit actually, and far out for its pricetag.
As far as VR headsets go ok yeah obviously the Quest 2 because it functions on its own without a PC or anything, its a self-contained VR gaming headset.
It's just strange to see someone homeless with a 300USD VR headset
