I'm losing weight fast. I was 283 pounds at the same time last year. I'm exactly 250 pounds now. I feel much better and I hope to keep losing more.

I should have started my reply by saying "congrats, keep it up".
Remember to be consistent. Consistency, even doing the smaller things, over time will bring forth real changes.
