It is funny to see libshits try to argue stuff like this, and as Metatron points out, while on the surface-level they may be correct, upon further inspection you see that Rome was, pretty much, a "Greco-Roman Supremacist" expansionist state, with states that were taken over being settled by Roman Patrician families.
Any "minorities" were deemed as such (i.e. viewed as a lesser; not as a boon), and even those who were "Romanicized" (which is really the only aspect of "modern inclusivity/diversity" that warrants any merit) were never held to the same esteem.
