I'm not saying they can't be MAPs.

It's just that their wider ideology is in conflict with that.

For example, I remember reading an extract by an Italian Fascist journalist who visited Germany during the Weimar era (when they were in the midst of a depression), and he talked about having sex with underage girls and loving it.

I really got to find that piece again, it was crazy. The guy basically said "I love the young German girls" haha.

But again, he was a Fascist.
