Being bisexual and dating a same-sex partner is basically like God saying to you, "You know, you don't need to be gay. I'm giving you a choice here. You could live your life, acting perfectly straight, and go to Heaven. You can literally choose to be straight, instead of sinning."
Then stone cold looking him dead in the eyes and saying "No."

@Galena
And then there's the other kind of people, that claim to be bisexual, but never dated someone of the same sex, not even once.

@alyx I claim to be bisexual but I've never dated a woman. You don't need to date a woman to know boobs are hot.

@Galena
I'm not sure if that's enough... I mean, I can tell that Chris Hemsworth is hot, but that doesn't make me gay.
I just find it hard to believe someone is into people of the same sex if they don't really do anything about it. But that's just my opinion, and it doesn't really matter to anyone else anyway.

@alyx Virgin losers can tell what sex they're into, you don't just assume they're all asexual because they've never dated someone. But then again, feeling sexual attraction to someone, and actually wanting to have sex with them or enjoying having sex with them, are separate things. So I think I can see where you're coming from.
I remember seeing some posts on tumblr, way back when I used it, claiming that romantic love, sexual attraction, and actual sex, should be split into three separate labels. I don't entirely agree with that, but I thought it was rather interesting. It makes some sense, I guess - people can, for example, think loli or zoo is hot without wanting to actually fuck them, some men claim to hate women and refuse to date them despite being willing to fuck them, some cuckolds fantasize about getting fucked by the other guy despite otherwise not wanting to fuck men or being attracted to them, etc.
