The problem with names using two @'s is that it makes it harder to find a user when there are lots of accounts with the same name. Hard to send it to the right account unless you do it manually. I wonder if there is a way around it to help the search feature find the right person and instance.
@Galena Yeah, it would make searching a bit easier to be able to include an : instead of another @ which starts the search process all over again.
