Our political system has become so broken that a candidate who touches women inappropriately and whose fucking brain is melting is still supposed to be the one we're supposed to vote for. In any functional system we'd have a half-dozen other options and this guy would fall by the wayside.
@dave Trump's fucking awful, and yet the Democrats seem to insist on always, somehow, finding the one person running who manages to be even worse, and rigging everything in their favor to ensure they're his only opposition.
It's like, "Hmm, people hate Trump because he says stuff that makes him sound racist, and like a sexual predator. How do we beat him? Do we pick any of our dozens of options that aren't racist sexual predators? No. No, that's stupid. Fight fire with fire. Let's pick the most racist sexual predator we can find."
