Penile papules are already basically tiny barbs, for the people lucky enough to have them - they're vestigial remnants from an ancestor of humanity that had barbed penises, which humanity unfortunately lost at some point in evolution. I hope that someday, we'll be able to somehow restore those genes, so that humans can have the barbed dicks we were always meant to have once again.
