@CSB I kind of assume when I see really tall people in movies that its camera tricks, since actually tall people in hollywood are really rare.

@CSB I can see why. My roommate some years ago ran a video company and just for fun we were making a horror movie about a cursed knife. I was the main character and this one scene I’m talking him — he’s average height exactly. The camera was relatively level, and I towered over him. He looked like a wee little micro person standing next to me. We had a number of issues with the top of my head cut off, or the bottom half of his.
Its logistically difficult to have big differences in the heights of actors.

@CSB I’m actually taller then that. 
I’m 190cm (Metric Canada!) but I round down because 6’2 is ever so slightly less off-putting.
