i'm tempted to watch that new predator movie, Prey, but hearing the modern world jerk it off as "the best one" has certainly put a damper on my desire to see how it plays out.

I don't wanna ruin it for those watching or planning to watch, but yeah there's a lot I can say that they could have done better.
But I will say I kinda liked how inexperienced the predator is. It's like he's really having a blast trying out how hard each animal hits and gets hit

Go read about the woman who REALLY beat the predators, Machiko Noguchi, and then joined their clan (it was to survive, and it was hell for her, she got her ass beat regularly and was the bottom of the totem pole, but was still strong enough to survive that- and no they never raped her, Predators find himan females disgusting.).

I have no fucking idea why they raped that story and turned it into some retarded shit about some caveman indian (no disrespect). Machiko only won in the comics because she was a modern, spacefaring woman, who had a sword and trained her whole life for combat, and instead of fighting her and the predator were forced to work together to survive a xeno infestation. She proved herself, got accepted, and was blooded. She's a full Yautja warrior. Amd and they raped that story to make it about some Indian bitch who ties a rope to her tomahawk so that she can whip it into her face and kill herself -I mean so it can fly back into the palm of her hand every time she yanks it back. Oh and she fell 15 feet directly onto where her spine connects to her skull and so she died -I mean she was knocked out and then woke up moments later and able to function.
