Gaddafi was a champion. Just look at his Great Man-Made River: one of the largest ever civil engineering projects that brought fresh water from aquifiers in the south, all the way up to the northern cities. People who never had fresh water before could drink. Agriculture became possible in arid regions. Gaddafi turned Libya green (pun intended).
Compare this to the shit the American-approved retards do in Saudi Arabia or the Emirates. They build the largest skyscrapers without plumbing and build artificial islands next to an empty desert.
