@opal Bs, meditation is great for mental health, and can even effect the body but only to a degree. No one can achieve the kind of control I'm talking about through meditation. No one can absorb solar energy, store it, and run off it, that is the major kind of change I'm talking about.

@opal Do...do you believe in sun gazing??? I'm only surprised, for all I know I'm the dumb one and sungazing really makes it so a person doesn't need to eat or drink and won't just blind them, but I don't believe in that stuff.
