weighed meself properly for once (morning, without waterweight and such). i've managed to gain like, a kilogram after all my trying. which honestly, i'm fine with! i wanna gain a bit more, but slow progress is better anyways. less chance of yoyoing

@Jazzy_Butts body stuff is hard yeah. i'm at a perfectly healthy weight all things considered, and do exercise frequently and eat well, i just have wanted to embrace a bigger body for a while. both in terms of muscle and chub. little by little
