@rats @itzpaquet prisoners are often used as labor whether for free or for up to $0.25/hr (ballpark highest number I've heard)
@AbNormal @itzpaquet yeah prison slavery is very very real here but i figured people were ignorant of it rather than actively in favor of it, though maybe that's pointless hair-splitting
