@Jazzy_Butts Ah thanks! Saw it more closely and it does seem to loop between 2 slightly different frames. Idk why I thought they drew multiple frames with more mangled lineart with each frame. I like it because it gives feeling of motion without many things happening in the shot.
@Fumi00 a different way to get a similar effect is called "squigglevision" but that's digital
@Jazzy_Butts looked into this squigglevision thing. It is a pretty good technique. I have seen it many times but didn't know the name. Might try using it. I'm not very good at 2D stuff tho.
