@novasys A new weekend is upon us! I intend to rest like a mofo, even though I'm agnostic I still observe shabbat (in spirit, since I'll still use electricity and stuff, my rule is pretty much just no work, no real effort, only chilling, and if I feel the strong urge to work I have to take a deep breath and let it go, it's really helped me mentally these last few years and I'm sure it's something to do with psychology not spirituality.
