@mushroomfemboy Here's a fun game.
Look up the legal definition of a person.
Now look up the legal definition of a monster.
Fun, right!?

@Jazzy_Butts you're telling me there's a legal definition of "monster"?

@mushroomfemboy z) monster(monster).
a human-being by birth, but in some part resembling a lower animal. “A monster… hath no inheritable blood, and cannot be heir to any land, albeit brought forth in marriage; - Ballentine's Law Dictionary 1930 page 830.

It's a great way to disinherit someone and take their shit as a government entity

@mushroomfemboy @Jazzy_Butts apparently it's a child born that does not resemble humans.

so... any mutant, or born cripple, that sort of thing. they can't inherit land, even if they're born in wedlock.

meanwhile a legal "person" is just anybody, or group of anybodies, that you can sue as a legal entity.
@mushroomfemboy @Jazzy_Butts or that kid born in india a few years back that had a "tail" made of skin that they treated like a god or something while all the western doctors lost their minds and tried to study and sample it.

or that uh... the twins that share a body, forget the term for it.
