Hate is a destructive emotion that can have negative effects on both the person feeling it and the target of the hate. It can damage relationships, create conflict, and contribute to a negative and unhealthy environment. People who spread hate often do so out of anger, fear, or a desire to harm others.. It is important for individuals to recognize and address their own feelings of hate and to strive to cultivate kindness, understanding, and respect for others.

@Djeep My kindness and understanding made me a target and a victim, none of the "rewards" I got from my kindness are with me today. All the evil people have cups running over, while I suffer like Job. If love is it's own reward why has it left me so empty?

@Jazzy_Butts @Djeep bc of the myth that love is selfless.
love is selfish. it isn't supposed to be all giving. compassion and empathy are, unfortunately, a crippling factor when society and the economy and everything are designed to favor callousness, selfishness, and taking advantage of others.
so when you grow up and learn how to be a "good person" you buy into this scam that effectively makes you a tool for everybody else... and the only "win" you get is feeling that you're a decent person and maybe connecting with someone who appreciates that without taking advantage of it too much.
