Actually hate this one because it just romanticises childhood. My childhood was rubbish, it's awful to feel powerless and not having a say in shit about how other people treat you and the things you want to do. There is nothing but stress, worries and a lot of caring in one's childhood and there exists none without it. It's all fake, made up entirely.

@cummies Yeah, and even when I see people that don't necessarily repress them, they try to make little of those troubles saying "ok, but they weren't real problems, we were just being kids and bratty" and I hate that so much as well. I hate when people minimise all the trouble young people go through, I hate waking up every day and seeing people like my bestie having to go through an incredible amount of bullshit just because she's expected to behave in a certain way and to always be out of the way of adults because her problems don't matter in the face of the "real" problems adults go through which are as often, if not even more, just stupid nonsense that isn't that big a deal neither if we want to play that fucking game.
