Perv Workout Set idea:
12 bodyweight squats x3 (Strong legs are needed to run towards pervy frens for hugs)
12 pushups x2 (Need strong arms for strong hugs, do knee pushups if normal is too hard, remember we're achieving goals not hurting ourselves)
12 bicep curls x2 (each arm) (use a jug of water or a heavy book with a belt around it or something, it needs to be heavy and to have a good handle)
12 Calf raises x3
12 standing knee raises x2 each leg
This is a nice light workout, it can always be changed to better suit you! Feel free to make any changes you want!
