@Trashy @Violet_2006 Oh it's actually illegal to jack off to pictures on instagram. They are considered CSEM when you do that. Granted hard to prove, but say if you had edge cases + instagram pictures in a folder then they will group all of them together.
@Trashy @Violet_2006 Like the legal definition of CSEM is extremely broad and based on interpretation. I think technically if you had normal adult porn in a folder of normal pictures of children then they can argue that's CSEM. Probably not a case they would try to bring to trial or even charge you for, but that's why I just encrypt everything even though I have nothing to hide bc I do like lolicon.
@akarin @Trashy@freak.university @Violet_2006@freak.university At that point I think it would be up to a jury of your peers from the location you were charged. If they think it's porn, it's porn, maybe, that's how obscenity laws work idk if csem laws are different.
