@scramblecore "Rights" applicable to kids are not present in the constitution. The criminal rights ones where we would think kids would apply to do not actually apply to them thanks to the existence of juvenile courts and how they operate allowing it to make exemptions to laws and the whole TTI being a thing is proof of it so none of the constitutional rights that even apply to criminals necessarily apply to children unless they happen to be trialed as adults, ironically.

@cunny @scramblecore@nnia.space Areas that have made "prone restraint" (fat pigs piling on top of you until you possibly die, either on purpose or by accident) illegal for use by cops on adult criminals still allow it in juvenile facilities. The feeling it generates in the victim is very similar to rape.
