Obscenity is determined by local popular opinion and yes that is very arbitrary and therefore yes it is illogical and so yes it is bullshit. A real wolves and sheep deciding what's for dinner situation. If everyone in your town is a freak though you can get away with anything. If everyone is cool with walking around naked in your town, then walking around naked is not obscene there. We need to make our own town.
